Our litigation department, which handles today over 500 litigation cases before all levels of Egyptian courts, has extensive experience in the fields of real estate, civil and commercial litigation cases. We represent clients before the different courts in Egypt including the Civil and Commercial Courts, the Administrative Court, the Economic Court where we have a substantial volume of corporate, commercial and trade disputes. Our Litigation Department which is supervised by our senior Partner Mr. Adel Serry is structured to work in teams and specializations in order to keep our clients fully aware of the progress of their cases and disputes. The Litigation Department is proud to have some of the leading retired judges as counsels to the litigation lawyers.
