How We Work

Our ultimate goal is to offer highly professional and personally tailored legal services to our clients enabling them to meet their goals and objectives in Business, Litigation & Arbitration. The office strives to provide effective top quality legal services for its clients. Each client receives the personal and direct attention of a partner, a senior associate and one or more associates as the case may require. The designated partner is responsible for ensuring that all legal services required by a client is properly handled, promptly addresses and well-coordinated and handled in a professional and timely manner by experts in the particular field within the office. The designated partner in most cases is the only person in contact with the client. The distribution of work among our staff is based primarily on specialization as we believe specialization is a fundamental condition precedent to quality service by the office.

One of the most important procedures of our work strategy is the follow up system, where the office is always in continuous contact with the clients updating them with the status of their outstanding and ongoing matters.

We believe that time is of great essence in conducting business; therefore, when entering into a legal service agreement with any of our clients, the office determines specific time frames for concluding the required work and in all cases the work is concluded on or prior to the agreed upon date.

Prior to accepting to represent any new client in any transaction of whatever nature, a conflict of interest search takes place to ensure that the legal services, which will be rendered by our office will not conflict with our interest in any way. In several cases we do not accept representing clients working in specific areas if we have a legal service agreement with competitors restricting us from doing so.

We consider protecting the privileged client information as of paramount importance. Each one of our staff is obliged to maintain confidentiality and prevent the disclosure of all client information; moreover, our support staff is not permitted to access clients’ files or information, unless otherwise instructed by a partner to do so.
