Our banking and finance legal services include commercial lending, project finance, credit transactions, financial restructuring operations, loan syndication, letters of credit, and letters of guarantee, mortgages and pledges.

Our finance team has a proven track record of advising both lenders and borrowers in finance transactions throughout the corporate and real estate industry. Clients know they can rely on us at all stages of their transactions, from the term sheet and structuring stage, through closing, syndication and, if required, restructuring. The Office acts on behalf of major commercial and investment banks, holding companies and funds representing both debtors and creditors.  We have recently participated in a wide range of banking deals and transactions most recently:

• A seven hundred and fifty million Egyptian Pounds (750,000,000 EGP) syndicated loan granted to New Giza for real estate development company.
• A one hundred million Egyptian Pounds (100,000,000 EGP) Medium Term Loan granted to Mabani for real estate investment.
