Our office recognizes the fact that business is increasingly conducted across borders between parties of different nationalities. International commercial arbitration is a vitally important method of dispute settlement. Our advice to our multinational clients is to refer their disputes to arbitration rather than allowing the courts of one party’s home jurisdiction to determine their rights and obligations. The Office acts as a legal council for Major Egyptian and foreign companies in arbitration administered by international institutions. The Office is conducting arbitrations under many of the Arbitration Rules including the rules of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the Cairo Regional Center For International Commercial Arbitration.
