Due to the fact that Intellectual Property is currently one of the most valuable assets of any business; particularly in the fields of telecommunications, information technology, industrial technology, media, entertainment and retail.

A new law has been passed under number 82 for the year 2002 governing and protecting Intellectual property rights in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The said law covers patent and industrial designs, copyright and software protection and trademarks. The Office has accumulated substantial expertise in the field of Intellectual Property and maintains business relationship with government agencies and legislative and judicial authorities in charge of protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in Egypt.
The Office has handled several trademark registrations for its clients and has also handled several litigation cases related to trademark infringements in Egypt. The Office has recently assisted many of its clients with the registration of their trademarks, among those trademarks are Tie Shop, Bekam.com, Sayarat.com, Akarat.com, Alfa Labs, Alfa Scan and others.
