Said Shalaby
Mr. Shalaby is a key member in the litigation and corporate departments, where he handles civil, commercial and corporate litigation cases; in addition to legal drafting and reviewing of major corporate and trade agreements, handles matters related to incorporation, mergers and acquisitions and advises clients on all aspects of Companies, Investment and Capital Market Laws. Said currently heads the incorporation and corporate procedures department which provides clients with a wide variety of services, ranging from advising on documents for establishing companies, branches, subsidiaries, Representative Offices to giving corporate advice on day to day matters, attending Board and Shareholders meetings and incorporating all legal forms of companies and legal entities in Egypt.
He also has collaborated in the drafting of corporate and joint venture agreements, due diligence reports, and especially in the drafting of company articles of incorporation as well as providing legal opinions on various aspects of corporate law.
Mr. Said further handles Intellectual Property matters related to registration of trademarks and patents. Mr. Shalaby handles the legal matters of several clients including Cast Futura, Global Peering Exchange Limited, Scib Chemicals, Viking River Cruises, Avis Egypt, Paramount Advertising and several other clients.
