Adel Abdelwahab
Mr. Abd El Wahab obtained an LL.B in 1991 from Cairo University. He is specialized in civil, labor and real estate fields. An expert in real estate litigation and cases related to eviction and validity of sale contracts where he is involved in preparing written pleadings, drafting and reviewing claim writs and memoranda, attending court hearings and presenting appeals.
Adel has broad experience in litigation of major cases, including mediations trials and appeals before tribunals and first instance courts in addition to handling disputes related to labor relations; collective bargaining strategies and related litigation; disciplinary and dismissal disputes; alternate dispute resolution procedures; unfair labor practice complaints; employment issues and liabilities arising in sales and purchases of businesses and employment contracts.
In addition to his litigation capabilities, Adel he handles all types of procedural work before the Real Estate Authorities and Notary Publics and handles all procedures required for the registration of property. Mr. Abd El Wahab has represented Palm Hills Developments Company, Barcly’s Bank, Hacienda, Cairo Financial Center, El Bustan Commercial Center and several other clients. and cases pertaining to labor Law and provides advice and legal opinions on employment contracts and other Labor Law and social insurance issues.
